Does the Starvation Diet Make Your Feet Hurt?

If you’ve ever went on a starvation diet, eating as little as possible in an effort to lose weight, you may have noticed an interesting phenomena: the soles of your feet start hurting!
Do you know why?
Your body has 3 types of fat:
- Structural Fat
- Normal Fat
- Abnormal Fat
When you go on a very low calorie diet (aka: starvation diet), your body will first burn the normal fat (this is good), but instead of burning the abnormal fat you are trying to get rid of through dieting, it is the structural fat and muscle that goes next.
Structural fat is the springy fat on the soles of your feet and the fat that cushions your organs. When you aren’t taking in enough calories, your body compensates by first burning off stores of fat for energy (normal fat), then muscle tissue (the active tissue in your body that burns calories), and then structural fat (this is the fat you NEED).
So, starvation dieting won’t work and will only harm you. And you can feel the harm in the form of pain in your feet. This isn’t good. And if you continue with this kind of diet, you will NOT get to the point where the abnormal fat you are trying to eliminate is burned off. Instead, your muscle and structural fat will keep dissolving away.
Fortunately, the solution is the hCG Diet, which mobilizes the abnormal fat stores in your body and preserves the muscle and structural fat while on a very low calorie diet, all the while not feeling hungry because thousands of extra calories are coursing through your body as it burns the abnormal fat.

I have been on the HCG diet for over a week now and the major complaint is the bottom of my feet hurting. Am I somehow burning the wrong fat?
